At GTC United, we are committed to bringing comfort, hope, and practical assistance to those who need it most—especially during the holiday season and in times of crisis.
Right now, we are actively fundraising to provide Thanksgiving meals to soldiers and their families experiencing hardship, ensuring that no military family goes without a holiday meal this year. We are also preparing for the Christmas season by raising funds to deliver Christmas meals and gifts to military children, spreading joy and reassurance during a time when many are facing uncertainty.
Our support is especially crucial this year due to the government shutdown. When the government shuts down, military families face not only the anxiety of potential missed paychecks if the shutdown continues but also reduced access to the vital programs and services they depend on. Many of our lower enlisted families already live paycheck to paycheck, and an interruption in pay or benefits can add extreme financial hardship to those already making daily sacrifices for our country. Alongside our efforts for military families, we are continuing our relief work in Sandy Creek, helping flood victims recover and rebuild their homes and lives after the recent natural disasters.
